Absolutely not! This seminar is designed for complete beginners. All techniques are taught step-by-step.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing you can move in - athletic wear, yoga pants, t-shirt, etc. No jeans or skirts please.
What age can daughters attend?
Daughters ages 12 and up are welcome with the 'Bring a Daughter FREE' offer.
Is there physical contact?
Yes, but always with your consent and at your comfort level. You'll practice techniques with partners.
What if I have physical limitations?
Let us know in advance and we'll adapt techniques to work for you. Self-defense is about using what you have.
